Hashem Mardini brings more than 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, and logistics to his role as a Business Development Manager. He graduated from the University of Wales, Cardiff, where he obtained his MBA in International Business. He brings vitality, professionalism, warmth, and a mindset of service and advocacy to his work with clients and consultants. Hashem’s primary focus is to build awareness about QICMS’s unique capabilities among prospective clients, and develop and maintain relationships with current and past clients. As an advocate of the company's vision to enrich the spirit and performance of organizations, and its purpose to positively impact the world by creating thriving organizational cultures, Hashem finds his work rewarding and fulfilling.
Tamer Alam is the Financial Manager for QICMS and is responsible for preparing all the accounting work, handling client accounts, budgeting, and forecasting reports. In addition to his time at QICMS, Tamer previously served as senior accountant at Naouri Group, a group of companies specialized in shipping services and travel and tourism for more than 13 years. He also served as an accountant in other companies giving him a solid level of accounting and management experience. Tamer has Bachelor's degree in accounting and has successfully completed many accounting and management courses.
Subhi AlQadi is a Canadian-born citizen who previously moved to Jordan from, Ontario, Canada. He is a Case Manager for QICMS, where he specializes in dealing with current and potential clients by developing and sustaining relationships in order to provide them with high quality service. Subhi brings teamwork, relationship building, communication, and customer skills to the job. He was also a participant at the international Hult Prize 2016 competition for social entrepreneurship.
