U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan:

The United States and Jordan have shared nearly seventy years of international diplomacy, friendship, and cooperation between the two countries and Jordan’s role in promoting peace and moderation throughout the region has long been admired by the United States. The two nations continue to work towards ending violence and extremism that threatens Jordan’s safety and security, as well as advancing peaceful solutions throughout the broader Middle East.

The United States government and Embassy provides several assistance programs to Jordan and its citizens, including health, education, constructions of schools, and assistance to refugees, youth and poverty programs, and energy and resource conservation, to name but a few.

The Embassy website also provides visa information to individuals looking to temporarily travel to the United States for study, work, or business purposes, as well as visa information for those wanting to emigrate.

United States citizens are provided emergency contact information and resources, and are encouraged to register with Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for emergency, safety, and travel warnings.

U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia:

The United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have celebrated a strong, diplomatic relationship of mutual respect and shared interests for more than sixty years. Both countries have worked together in areas of regional safety and security, development, and imports and exports of resources such as oil.

The United States and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have long shared technical and educational exchange, and continue to share interests on political, economic, and humanitarian levels. The United States Embassy, located in Riyadh, offers a variety of social and educational programs such as English language instruction, the Saudi Young Leaders Exchange Program (SYLEP), and grants and scholarships. The Embassy website also offers visa information and study opportunities to foreign nationals, as well as consular affairs for the Consulate General located in Jeddah.

U.S. Consulate General in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia:

The Consulate General in Jeddah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, provides assistance to United States citizens via the American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit throughout the Western region, including provinces of Medina, Mecca, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Al Bahah, and Najran. Americans may apply for a passport, obtain documentation for foreign-born children as U.S. citizens, have documents notarized, and request Social Security benefits or assistance in an emergency situation.

For Saudi nationals and third-country residents within the Kingdom, the Consulate General provides services for obtaining a non-immigrant (temporary) visa for visiting, working, or studying in the United States. For immigrant visas, all residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must refer to the United States Embassy in Riyadh.

The United States government supports Egypt and its citizens as they strive towards democracy, stability, and prosperity as a nation, and to ensure all Egyptian nationals are afforded rights and freedoms within its borders. The United States recognizes mutual interests of both nations and the vital role Egypt’s success plays in both regional and world affairs.

The Embassy supports a number of programs, including the preservation and exchange of Arts and Culture via the Cultural Office of the Public Affairs Section, learning and teaching English, and educational or professional exchange opportunities in the United States.

For American citizens, the Embassy provides emergency services, federal benefit inquiries, passport and citizenship services, assistance with children or family matters, and information for conducting business in Egypt. U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:

For nearly fifty years, the United States and United Arab Emirates have enjoyed both a friendly and diplomatic relationship, sharing common interests in cultural, social, and economic development between the two nations.

Services provided for American citizens include passport and citizenship inquiries, contacts and services in case of an emergency, notarization and document authentication, medical affairs, and information for U.S. citizens born abroad. United States citizens visiting or living in the United Arab Emirates are encouraged to register with Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for emergency, safety, and travel warnings throughout the region.

For UAE nationals, the Embassy website provides information for non-immigrant and immigrant visas, as well as information for the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV) and visas for travel and tourism to the United States.

U.S. Embassy in Doha, Qatar:

Since 1972, the United States and Qatar have celebrated a strong, bilateral relationship that works together in addressing local and international issues including safety and security, economic prosperity and stability, education, and development. In areas of trade, the United States remains the largest foreign investor in Qatar’s oil and natural gas resources, and exporter in vehicles, aircraft, medical and electrical machinery, and pharmaceutical products.

The Embassy provides educational opportunities and social programs such as the Fulbright Scholarship, English language instruction, and the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program (YES Program) to Qatar students.

For American citizens visiting or living in Qatar, the Embassy provides emergency contacts and services, federal benefit inquiries (taxes, Social Security, etc.), passport and citizenship services, assistance with children or family matters, and information for conducting international business. United States citizens visiting or living in the United Arab Emirates are encouraged to register with Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for emergency, safety, and travel warnings throughout the region.

Citizens of Qatar are provided information for obtaining non-immigrant visas for individuals wanting to visit, work, conduct business, or study in the United States. Information for immigrant visas is also available to those seeking permanent residency.
